Hormone balance is a key component to how your body manages weight. Once we unlock the mystery of what’s happening with your hormones, we can create an actionable plan to get you on track to lose those stubborn pounds, once and for all!

Food Sensitivity Testing

Your immune system may be reacting to some of the foods you eat — without you even knowing. If your symptoms indicate that food sensitivities might be an issue for you, I’ll order a reliable food sensitivity test so you can find out for sure which foods are causing you problems.
